Our lease terms are for one (1) year, in the event you sign your
lease on the 2nd day of the month or later the lease will end on
the last day of that calendar month. However, any new lease that
starts November 2nd through March 31st are for sixteen (16) months
and ends on that last day of that calendar month.
At some of our communities, we are able to offer shorter-term leases (3 - 11 months) with an additional monthly fee. For information, please call the communities directly. In addition,
we offer flexible lease terms with our furnished apartments
program and may be able to offer special rates and terms in
our corporate furnished apartment program. For further information,
