DBI Properties, and its predecessor, Decor Builders Inc., have been engaged in the management of residential multi-family communities since 1962. The company currently manages approximately 1600 apartments many with affiliated partnerships, all of which are located in Upstate New York.     Bierworth & Bierworth Builders, Inc., also through its predecessor, Decor Builders Inc., has been engaged in the development of single family and multi-family communities since 1962. Over the last 39 years the Rochester based real estate development firm has built over 3,000 single family homes for sale and in excess of 2,000 rental apartments, most of which have been retained in the principals investment portfolio.      In 1969, the company broke ground on Stony Creek, one of the first planned developments in the Rochester area. The project consisted of the construction and sale of 350 single-family homes and the development of the 534 unit Stony Creek Apartments. The property remains in the company portfolio today and is held in high regard from the local real estate community. North Glen Apartments is another property constructed in the early 1970's by the firm, which also remains in the portfolio today.      More recent developments include Georgetown Park, a 216-unit property developed in 1994 exclusively for mature households and Carriage Glen Apartments, a 264-unit garden style apartment community, developed in 1995. Carriage Glen has quickly earned a reputation as one of, if not the premier suburban apartment community in the metro Rochester area.
